Yopo is an ancestral remedy used by some ethnic groups in the Amazon jungle, it is made from the seeds of the yopo tree (Anadenanthera peregrina or colubrina) and ashes, which are pulverized and mixed until obtaining this sacred medicine.

To feel the potential of yopo before receiving it, it is preferable to have taken a small intake of MAOIs, which can be found in the yage vine or Syrian rue.
